He further pursued super-specialty training and earned a DM in Clinical Haematology from the Department of Medical Oncology & Clinical Haematology, AIIMS Rishikesh (2022–2025), where he received advanced training in hematology, hemato-oncology, bone marrow transplantation, transfusion medicine, and complex blood disorders.
Dr. Adamya Gupta is currently serving as a Consultant Hematologist & Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Physician at Sanjeevani Cancer Care Hospital, Raipur, where he provides comprehensive care for patients with blood disorders and blood cancers. Prior to this, he completed his Senior Registrar in Clinical Haematology & Bone Marrow Transplantation at Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI), Gurugram (February 2022 – July 2022), gaining extensive hands-on experience in bone marrow procedures, intrathecal therapies, and transplant care. Earlier, he worked as Senior Registrar Medical Officer at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore (February 2021 – February 2022), strengthening his expertise in internal medicine and hematological disorders.
Dr. Gupta has a strong academic and research background with numerous peer-reviewed national and international publications in leading hematology journals. His research focuses on acute leukemias, chronic myeloid leukemia, measurable residual disease (MRD), pediatric hematology, venetoclax-based therapies, and bone marrow transplantation outcomes. As a sub-investigator at AIIMS, he actively participated in multiple Phase II and Phase III international clinical trials involving immune thrombocytopenia, chronic myeloid leukemia, myelofibrosis, and myelodysplastic syndromes, reflecting his commitment to advancing evidence-based hematology and improving patient outcomes.
Dr. Adamya Gupta is an active member of several prestigious hematology organizations. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society of Haematology and Blood Transfusion (ISHBT), a Member of the European Hematology Association (EHA), and a Regular Member of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO). Dr. Gupta has been recognized for his academic excellence and contributions to hematology. He represented the North Zone at the National Postdoctoral Haematology Quiz during Haematocon 2024, demonstrating his advanced clinical knowledge in the specialty. He was also awarded Second Prize for Poster Presentation at the Central India Haematology Summit (2019). In addition to his academic achievements, he served as the VP of the Junior Doctors Association, Indore (2019–2020), reflecting his leadership and commitment to the medical profession.
